HPRtalent is seeking an accomplished HR leader to design and roll out a unit-wide people strategy, aligning talent, performance and culture with business goals.
You will coach leaders, drive diversity and inclusion, partner with COE and HR business partners, and shape policy and programme delivery across the organisation.
This role requires agile thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a bias for action as you translate insight into practical people solutions that support growth.
