Our new Talent Acquisition Partners will contribute to HPRtalent’s success by delivering against complex & high-quality talent acquisition management campaigns for a number of Global and local market leading organisations.
You will drive comprehensive & progressive Talent Acquisition strategies by developing programs and tools to address the needs of diverse businesses and will align candidates with the organisation you are recruiting for. This is an account management role for a true recruiter with exceptional candidate sourcing skills; this is not a sales role.

The role:
- Accountable for delivering a world-class recruitment service at pace whilst delivering complex and quality hires
- Consultant and advisor to the Client, while delivering targeted solutions to meet specific organisational needs
- Act as a business partner to understand business goals, issues and needs, and to proactively identify and deliver solutions which positively impact both our business and the Client’s business
- Responsible for the attraction, assessment, development and deployment of people/talent acquisition strategies
- Responsible for the evaluation & continuous improvement of the strategies and tactics used to meet organisational goals and objectives that deliver a strong impact
- Responsible for the integration, successful implementation, & measurement of results
- Develops and communicates the vision and strategies of operational delivery for assigned functional areas of recruitment
- To be self-motivated, challenged and inspired to achieve business objectives and to welcome feedback to assure continued self-improvement
- Works collaboratively with team members on project delivery
- Conducts and ensures the completion of each and every resourcing assignment
- Responsible for providing regular MI to the business and clients
- Establishes, maintains and fosters strong working relationships with clients & stakeholders alike
- Monitors and reports on trends to assist recruitment delivery
The person:
- Strong educational background ideally degree educated
- Previously had experience of working successfully remotely
- Progressive Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience with proven exposure to large organisations with a broad and complex hiring agenda
- True understanding of how to identify high potential talent
- Successful delivery of a broad spectrum of roles at all levels across all functions in either an FMCG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail environment
- Clear understanding of what great stakeholder management looks like and the ability to influence at a senior level
- Ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ideally Talent acquisition experience gained within an in-house role or RPO
- High levels of self-motivation driven by results, quality, and service excellence
- Experience of working at pace with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver stretching Client targets
- Ability to engage others in ways that ensure buy-in and commitment
- Self-starter with the ability to drive programs of work to conclusion flexing your style for each organisation and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and judgement
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work with a variety of people in a variety of circumstances and build strong, meaningful working relationships
- Experience of delivering assignments across the globe would be beneficial
