We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer - sales and marketing to head up all commercial functions for this leading UK organisation. You will have extensive experience operating in a B2B environment and delivering through a distributor and retail network in a fragmented market using a wide variety of channels to achieve this.
The CCO will drive sales, marketing, business development, digital, and customer service efforts to achieve the company’s growth and revenue goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in commercial management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business success.
As a dynamic CCO, the successful candidate will optimise routes to market, develop strategic partnerships, drive deployment and revenue growth, set pricing strategy, and lead all sales and marketing activities.

You will have demonstrated consistent career progression within a blue-chip branded manufacturing organisation with experience in a board level sales and marketing senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving sales and marketing success and achieving consistent business growth in a complex and competitive market. Proven experience of launching and delivering a successful digital platform. Complex business transformation and team transformation experience. Ability to navigate complex commercial environments and manage multiple priorities. Leading a sales and marketing function through a period of significant change. Strategic capability of articulating and driving a clear and compelling vision for the company’s commercial strategy. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems. Comfortable to travel both nationally and internationally.
