Job Description Interim Finance Director – manufacturing £130-150,000 + benefits Location: Berkshire Contract: 6 Month FTC To support our Client’s growth, transition & development we are recruiting for an Interim Finance Director to support their current business and imminent growth strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director you will have responsibility for managing a team, you will be a natural coach with the ability to develop your team to their full potential and deliver the Company’s objectives by playing a key part within the executive team. This is an opportunity for an experienced financial professional who has previously completed interim contracts that have required specific deliverables in a fast-changing, dynamic and customer-centric industry. The role: The primary purpose of this position is to undertake all aspects of statutory accounting and some financial management. This includes statutory accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, external audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
