Across the Group, Oceanscan supply advanced hydrographic survey equipment, ROV Sensors, non‑destructive test equipment, inspection systems, NDT consumables and calibration services to more than 1000 customers globally. We have a team of around 100 dedicated staff and engage up to 250 diverse personnel for our clients’ projects.
Role Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3 month fixed term contract within our HPR division. HPR UK are key suppliers of personnel to the offshore survey and ROV markets including surveyors, engineers, ROV pilots, deck crew, NDT personnel and project managers for short or long‑term placements. In this role, you’ll provide administration support to our busy Personnel Co‑ordinators by:
- Conducting contractor reference checks
- Verifying and validating certificates and qualifications
- Uploading documentation into the CRM system
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to appropriate personnel
- Supporting the contractor onboarding process
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside good attention to detail with good customer service skills. Being able to work independently as well as part of a team is also a key requirement for the role. Experience with offshore workers would be advantageous, but not essential.
