We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Manager.

We are a small family‑run business based in West London on All Saints Road.
Position Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of buildings, ensuring they are running smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
Your role will involve collaborating with leaseholders and Directors, liaising with contractors, and ensuring that the buildings under your care meet the highest standards of health, safety, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of buildings, serving as the main point of contact for freeholders and directors.
- Collaborate with contractors, surveyors, and other professionals to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the blocks, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Issue Section 20 notices, that have been prepared by senior management.
- Ensure that all buildings adhere to current Health and Safety Regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of the building's management activities. Prepair LEP1 forms to be issued by senior management.
- Carry out site inspections every 6-8 weeks.
Qualifications
- 3 Years minimum experience in property management. Preferably someone with ATPI/AIRPM accreditations but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property management practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Work Location: office‑based, WFH can be discussed once the probation period has expired.
