We are working with a fantastic Holiday Park operator who are looking for a Regional Sales Lead to take on the sales operation of a large patch of 17 holiday parks in the North. We are looking for someone from another industry, ideally lifestyle selling; leisure, health clubs, yachts, luxury retail, etc.
Area of Responsibility
- Lead regional Holiday Home Sales performance, driving delivery of revenue, margin and conversion targets across all assigned locations.
- Own and optimise the end-to-end sales funnel, ensuring strong execution, visibility and continuous improvement across all stages.
- Take a hands-on approach in locations, coaching, observing and supporting teams to improve sales capability, performance and consistency.
- Embed a high-performance culture through structured coaching, capability development and clear accountability at all levels.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, standards and ways of working across all parks to deliver reliable and repeatable results.
- Facilitate and support effective training and coaching across locations, building capability that directly improves sales performance in line with Wilson Learning.
Commercial & Cost
- Own delivery of regional HHS revenue, margin and EBITDA performance across all assigned locations.
- Drive commercial outcomes through active management of the sales funnel, ensuring strong conversion, pricing discipline and stock utilisation.
- Execute pricing, promotional and stock strategies in line with trading plans to maximise revenue and protect margin.
- Use data, insight and on-location presence to identify performance gaps and take action to improve results.
- Ensure effective CRM usage and lead management processes are consistently applied to maximise conversion and sales efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams to align trading activity with demand, lead quality and park opportunity.
- Maintain trading integrity and compliance, ensuring all activity supports sustainable and ethical sales performance.
Customer
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey across all stages of the Holiday Home Sales process.
- Embed a structured and compliant sales process across all locations, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
- Drive a customer-first approach that supports conversion and builds long-term owner relationships.
- Ensure all sales activity is delivered in line with FCA requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Work with Marketing and internal teams to align lead quality and customer demand with sales opportunity.
Culture & People
- Lead a hands-on coaching approach, building capability through in-location support, feedback and development.
- Drive a high-performance culture with clear expectations, accountability and consistent performance management.
- Champion eNPS as a way of building collaborative action plans that improve the working lives of our colleagues.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing sales teams across the region.
- Partner with People teams on workforce planning, onboarding and development.
- Drive engagement and reduce turnover through effective leadership.
Experience Needed
- Strong commercial and sales leadership experience with measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering profitable growth and achieving EBITDA targets.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams through coaching and performance management.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and ability to drive performance improvement across all stages.
- Experience executing sales strategies within a fast-paced, operational environment.
