Negotiable salary
37.5 hours per week - Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Front of house checking in / out of our guests, creating great holiday memories for families
- Liaising with park teams, to provide the best holiday experience for our guests
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries
- Ensuring all paperwork is managed and organised well
- Actively promoting future stays for current holidaymakers, ensuring you are aware of offers that are available to them
- Cash handling
- Processing payments
- To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required
- Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons and visitors, by promoting safe working practices
- Comply with company policies, rules and procedures at all times
- Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role
