The Assistant Manager for Splash will support the day-to-day management operation of the resort swimming pool and water-based facilities, ensuring a safe, clean and engaging environment for guests and the team. The Splash Assistant Manager leads the front-line team, maintains compliance with health and safety standards, and helps deliver a high-quality guest experience in line with brand expectations.

General Duties:
- Support the daily operation of all pool and water feature areas.
- Ensure adequate lifeguard and team coverage across all operating hours.
- Assist in planning rotas aligned to occupancy and demand.
- Monitor poolside standards including cleanliness, water quality and presentation.
- Respond quickly to operational issues to minimise disruption.
- Support delivery of poolside activities, sessions and guest experiences.
