Responsible for management of HPE's Public Sector Customer Service Calls, the prime objective being to deliver a quality service to HPE's Public Sector Customers by providing an Engineer on site and to provide a 'First Time Fix' by resourcing the correct skill and parts.

To manage Public Sector Customer service calls, to afford HPE to deliver a 'First Time Fix' service.

  • Ensure Customer service requests are responded to within the Customers contractual agreements or customer's stated business preference.
  • Ensure that the Customer is contacted within 30/60 minutes of call receipt and is then kept informed.
  • Ensure that calls are kept fully and factually updated.
  • Ensure that the appropriate skilled resources are assigned within agreed timescales to meet the Customer SLA.
  • Ensure that material order requests are managed in line with GPSC (Global Parts Supply Chain) process guidelines to assist service delivery to be managed in the most cost effective manner.
  • Ensure that all service requests are managed to completion and to the satisfaction of the Customer.
  • Ensure that all exceptions or escalations are managed as per process and that the HPE Customer Manager is alerted to potential missed SLA's or customer dissatisfaction.
  • Ensure that all calls are correctly coded to explain call delays.
  • Ensure that customer specific calls flows are followed.
  • Continually assess and improve working practices to maintain best results.
  • Compliance with HP's Quality and Management Systems.
  • Remotely support the UK Resource Control group in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • Ensure all Installations follow the install process.
  • Log requests for Secure site service calls in SFDC ensuring all processes are strictly adhered to.
