Composite Laminator Our client operates from their state-of-the-art facility in the Wiirral, but they also have locations all over the UK and worldwide. Specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke complex (high quality focused) products. Role summary: * Experience in Laminating across a broad range of products, although aerospace is an advantage. * Carrying out work in adherence to technical drawings, internal and external specifications and laminating instructions as appropriate ensuring accuracy and process documentation. * Working closely with manufacturing engineering to support the development of standard work instructions and taking part in design for manufacture workshops for new product introduction. * Identifying, defining and supporting the introduction of continuous improvement activities in the area of trimming and assembly. Essential Requirements: * An excellent skill level as a composite laminator * Ability to work unsupervised and potentially mentor other team members * Confident reading and understanding engineering drawings * Quality focused
