Dalkia have an opportunity for a Technical Supervisor to join their growing facilities management team, working across the facilities at Sizewell C.
General OverviewAs a Technical Supervisor at Dalkia, you will be responsible for the supervision and overseeing the maintenance of various disciplines which could include but are not limited to HV, LV, Gas, F Gas and/or pressure systems as appropriate for the role within our clients' facilities. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and Dalkia Safety Rules while contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations. You will provide technical guidance, liaise professionally with various stakeholders and clients. Ensure a positive Health and Safety environment and safe systems of work are maintained across all contracts via site visits and auditing. Reviewing Dalkia Safety Rules, and Procedures, site SOPs, EOPs and assisting in creating site Scenario Training exercises.
Experience- Previous supervision on technical facilities maintenance.
- Assist with client audits against KPI's / SLA's including statutory compliance.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with site teams and the client.
- Drive and embed an outstanding compliance and health and safety culture.
- Provide an innovative approach to efficiency measures / improvements.
- Supervising People - Takes technical responsibility when visiting site. Provides others with clear and achievable direction. Deals with people and situations confidently, assertively and fairly.
