The Opportunity

As a Business Development Director, you will help shape our commercial success by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, nurturing key relationships and supporting our ambition to deliver effective onsite energy projects across the UK. You will be leading a team that values clear thinking and positive energy. Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role is primarily based at our Edenbridge site in Kent. You will share insight on market trends, new technologies and customer needs to help refine our offerings. You will also work closely with colleagues across sales, delivery and asset management to support strategic decisions.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities through lead generation and follow-through
  • Shaping client sales cycles from first contact through to investment decisions
