The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
A position has arisen for a Service Coordinator, based out of our offices in Nottingham.
Responsibilities include:
- Review engineer job sheets and arrange for return visits where necessary.
- Ensure that any work on equipment returned to HPC for repair is completed in line with time scales agreed with the customer and also returned as agreed.
- Liaise with purchasing department to ensure specific spares are available and, where necessary, raise relevant requisitions with purchasing and delivery notes for parts delivery.
- Assist colleagues in covering customer telephone calls as required.
- Assist with service and sales quotations requiring installation or service work.
- Assist in ensuring all Equipment Safety inspections and internal calibration is completed.
- Identification of correct spare parts.
- Drive effective control of costs as applicable to job role.
Key skills for this role:
- Demonstrable adaptation to changes in working practices and environment.
- Great organisational skills and used to working in an industrial engineering environment.
- Working knowledge of relevant company IT systems including office, SAP, Sage and Service Manager.
- Ideally, have experience and technical knowledge of compressed air equipment.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience in a similar role.
