About the Role

Our client, a leading organisation within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop industry, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their busy and fast-paced workshop. This is a key role within the accident repair process, responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards. You will work closely with bodyshop technicians, MET technicians, panel beaters, and paint technicians to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality repair outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Estimator looking for strong earning potential and long-term career stability within a growing automotive repair environment.
