Van Ply Liner / Vehicle Conversion Technician
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced Van Ply Liner / Vehicle Conversion Technician to join their team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working on commercial vehicles, van conversions or ply lining who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position with a competitive salary.
The Role:
- Ply lining and boarding out commercial vehicles and vans
- Measuring, cutting and fitting plywood and associated materials
- Installing flooring, side panels, bulkheads and other vehicle conversion equipment
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Working from drawings and measurements to ensure a high-quality finish
- Carrying out vehicle conversions and modifications to a high standard
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in ply lining, van conversions, vehicle fitting or a similar role
- Experience working with commercial vehicles or LCVs is highly desirable
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Able to measure, cut and fit materials accurately
- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, practical and able to work independently
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous xgikmsk
The Package:
- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Permanent position
- Stratford-upon-Avon location
