Technical Manager – Electronic Security Systems – Hatfield – £55,000–£65,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Manager to join an established, independent security systems company based in Hatfield. Specialising in high-level CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems, our client is looking for someone with strong technical expertise to oversee system delivery, support engineers and maintain high technical standards across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security systems professional looking to take ownership of technical operations, work with leading technologies and play a key role in the ongoing development of the engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the technical delivery, commissioning and quality of electronic security systems
- Providing technical support to engineers, clients and the Service Desk
- Acting as the escalation point for complex faults, system integration issues and recurring failures
- Reviewing system designs, carrying out surveys and supporting technical specifications and tenders
- Coordinating system configuration, programming, testing and commissioning
- Supporting system xgikmsk takeovers, maintenance and remote technical troubleshooting
- Managing pre-configuration, testing and integration checks ahead of site installations
- Supporting network infrastructure, servers, workstations and software or firmware upgrades associated with security systems
- Training engineers, assessing technical competence and coordinating manufacturer training
