Service Coordinator – Birmingham – Up to £30,000 Are you an experienced Coordinator, Scheduler or Service Administrator looking for your next move? We are working with a well-established engineering business in Birmingham that is looking to add an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to its team. This is a busy office-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating engineers, booking jobs, speaking with customers and making sure planned and reactive works are completed efficiently. You will be joining an established business with a steady workload and the opportunity to build on your experience within engineering and service coordination. The Package Salary up to £30,000 Permanent position Birmingham-based office Monday to Friday Full-time working hours Established engineering business Long-term career opportunity The Role Scheduling engineers across planned and reactive works Booking PPM and maintenance visits Coordinating emergency call-outs and revisits Arranging remedial works following engineer visits Managing customer calls and enquiries Keeping customers updated on job progress Liaising with engineers throughout the day Monitoring outstanding and completed works Coordinating subcontractors when required Raising purchase orders for subcontracted works Checking engineer reports and job information Monitoring service KPIs and response times Updating the company service management system Working closely with accounts and internal teams What We Are Looking For Previous coordination or scheduling experience Experience working with engineers is beneficial Strong organisation and time management Confident speaking with customers Comfortable working in a busy environment Good attention to detail Strong administration skills Good IT and system knowledge Proactive approach to problem solving <...
