We have an opportunity for a BMS Project Manager to join a leading engineering company specialising in Building Management Systems (BMS) in Warrington, North West England on a long term contract basis.
Paying £550 a day + 2 years duration + Expenses + Outside IR35 + Weekly Payments The role: As a BMS Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the BMS project from design through to commissioning and handover.
You will work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and client to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to clearly define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve objectives.
- Work with the project team to establish a project management plan based on the relevant Project Management Process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Identify project changes and constraints that may affect project objectives.
