Sunday to Thursday, 15:00 00:00 (1-hour unpaid break)

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for efficiency and customer service? Were looking for a Transport Operative to join a busy operation near Heathrow, helping to coordinate driver activity and ensure smooth, efficient freight movement across the UK.

What Youll Do

• Monitor and support a fleet of drivers (owned and subcontracted)
• Handle inbound calls and client bookings via phone and email
• Quote nationally on loads (from small vans to full loads) using the Haulier Exchange platform
• Plan and optimise driver routes and vehicle use
• Ensure compliance with driver hours and safety regulations
• Perform driver debriefs and support onboarding and training
• Maintain excellent customer service and provide timely updates

What Youll Need

• 3+ years experience in logistics or warehousing
• Solid knowledge of UK geography and manual route planning
• Strong understanding of vehicle types, load capacity, and courier operations
• Experience with Haulier Exchange (preferred)
• Familiarity with EU Driver Hours Regulations and aviation security (advantageous)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
