Are you an experienced Site Manager with SR163/TP137 authorisation. We are seeking a dedicated SR163 Site Manager to oversee security system installations at a National Grid substation in Mill Hill, London. The role includes managing site operatives, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all National Grid protocols.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Manage and supervise site operatives during the installation of security systems.
- Oversee the commissioning and handover phases of the project.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor project deliverables.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and National Grid protocols.
- Manage RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and ensure strict adherence.
- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project budgets and meeting key deliverables.
- Verify permits and authorisations for all operatives.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a TP137/SR163 Site Manager role.
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- TP137/SR163 authorisation (essential)
- SMSTS/NEBOSH certification (essential)
- First Aid certification (essential)
- Temporary Works Supervisor certification (beneficial)
- Full 5-point PPE
