Location: Lakeside

Salary: £24 per hour basic + Time Saved Bonus (OTE £60,000+)

Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 18:00 - 05:00

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join a flagship bodyshop in Lakeside. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, well-established workshop with a strong team of Panel, Paint, and MET specialists already in place. This role has been introduced as part of a new night shift operation, offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability within a high-performing environment.

The Role

As a Multiskilled Technician, you will:

  • Carry out repairs across Panel, Paint, and MET disciplines
  • Complete vehicle repairs to a high standard from start to finish
  • Follow Thatcham repair methods and insurance-approved processes
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely
  • Work as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be qualified or time-served across MET, Panel Beating, and Paint disciplines
  • Have experience within a bodyshop environment
  • Be confident working independently on full repairs
  • Have knowledge of Thatcham methods (desirable)
  • Hold a full UK/EU driving licence
