About The Role
Our client is a leading vehicle rental specialist operating across the UK, Ireland, and Spain. Their workshops are responsible for maintaining and repairing their own diverse fleet of around 49,000 vans and 19,000 cars—offering an excellent variety of work and technical experience. They are now looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team in Southampton. In this role, you’ll carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and legally compliant for hire.
About You
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, or Level 2 qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Training and Development
