Company Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated Security Service Engineer to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a well-established and respected name in the electronic security industry, the company is expanding to meet increasing client demand across the region.Role and Responsibilities Servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of IP CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systemsField-based role covering multiple customer sites in the areaWorking with a variety of security system manufacturersEnsuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfactionMaintaining strong communication with clients and team membersCompleting service reports and related documentation accurately and on timeSupporting colleagues as needed in a team-focused environmentSkills and Experience Required Full UK driving licence (Essential)Motivation, reliability, and a professional approach to workIdeally, 3+ years\’ experience in the electronic security industry (desirable but not essential)Confident with a range of manufacturers\’ systems (e.g. Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, Paxton)Willingness to learn and upskill through trainingDesirable certifications: ECS, IPAF, City & Guilds, or similarStrong self-motivation and customer service focusBenefits Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)Company vehicle and fuel cardPaid travel time and expensesRegular overtime availableAdditional earnings potential via on-call rotaPension scheme23 days holiday + bank holidaysOngoing training and career development
