The Role:
As an Enterprise Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of high-end electronic security systems across a portfolio of blue-chip and enterprise-level clients. This role offers a dynamic environment with exposure to a wide range of cutting-edge security technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain enterprise-level CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues across client sites
- Carry out system diagnostics and fault finding
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and client specifications
- Maintain professional client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining integrated enterprise-level security systems
- Strong technical knowledge of major systems (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, Milestone, etc.)
- Knowledge of current security regulations and standards
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- ECS/CSCS card and relevant industry certifications desirable
