The Role
As a Mobile Repair Technician, you'll travel to customer locations carrying out vehicle inspections, servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Complete inspections and identify additional repair work where required.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards.
- Accurately complete job sheets and service reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every appointment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mobile Repair Technician, Mobile Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician.
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, IMI Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
