We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Improver to join a well-established and growing electrical services company. Due to continued expansion and increased customer demand, our client is looking to add a skilled Electrical Improver to their engineering team.

Electrical Improver Role & Responsibilities
- Assisting with electrical installation, maintenance and repair works
- Carrying out basic electrical tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers
- Supporting engineers with testing, fault finding and remedial works
- Installing electrical equipment, containment, cabling and accessories
- Completing basic electrical inspections and checks
- Working across commercial sites and customer locations
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal teams
- Completing job reports and documentation accurately
- Supporting the wider engineering team when required
Electrical Improver Skills & Experience Required
- Basic electrical qualifications required (e.g. Level 2/Level 3 Electrical qualification, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within an electrical environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, installations and regulations
- Keen to develop skills and progress within the electrical industry
- Good fault-finding ability and practical approach to problem solving
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ECS card desirable
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
