We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy Used Car Preparation Centre in Harrogate. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a stable role with excellent work-life balance and strong earning potential. Working within a modern workshop, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs to a range of vehicles prior to sale.
The Role
- Carrying out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Clutch replacements
- Brake, suspension and mechanical repairs
- Completing vehicle health checks
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard for sale
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely
Please note this role does not involve engine rebuilds or major engine work.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic
- Confident completing clutches, servicing and diagnostics
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- Full UK driving licence
