Our client, a leading name within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop industry, is looking for an experienced MET Technician to join their busy and fast-paced workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled MET Technician / Vehicle Technician / Bodyshop Technician who is confident working on the mechanical, electrical, and trim aspects of accident repair and vehicle restoration. You will play a key role in the repair process, carrying out vehicle strip, fit, diagnostics, and rebuild work to ensure vehicles are restored safely and efficiently to their pre-accident condition.
With a consistent workflow and uncapped bonus potential, this role offers strong earning opportunities within a well-established automotive repair environment.
- Carry out full MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) stripping and refitting of vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults related to accident damage
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and bodyshop standards
- Experienced MET Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Bodyshop Technician
- Strong background in accident repair, vehicle diagnostics, and mechanical repair
- Confident in strip, fit, and rebuild processes
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and fault diagnosis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bodyshop environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or MET (desirable but not essential)
