Security Install Engineer – CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms Location: Northampton Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Overtime Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Install Engineer to join a well-established and growing security systems company. Due to continued success and increasing demand across Northampton and the surrounding areas, our client is expanding their engineering team and looking for a motivated individual with experience in CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm installations. Package & Benefits * Basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience * Overtime available to significantly increase annual earnings * Company vehicle and fuel card * Travel time paid * Pension scheme * Annual leave entitlement * Ongoing training and career development * Full-time, permanent position Role & Responsibilities As a Security Install Engineer, your duties will include: * Installation of IP CCTV systems, Access Control and Intruder Alarms * Field-based role covering commercial and residential sites across Northampton and the surrounding areas * Working with a range of leading security manufacturers and systems * Ensuring installations meet high-quality and compliance standards * Maintaining excellent communication with customers at all times * Completing work efficiently and accurately * Supporting colleagues and contributing to team success when required Skills & Experience Required * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Experience installing CCTV, Access Control and/or Intruder Alarm systems * Ideally 3+ years' experience within the security industry, although this is desirable rather than essential * Candidates with experience in one or two disciplines are encouraged to apply, with training provided * Familiarity with multiple security system manufacturers * Strong work ethic, positive attitude and self-motivation * Ability to work independently across multiple sites Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential) * IPAF * CSCS / ECS * FIA Units * City & Guilds (Security Systems or Electrical) How to Apply If you are a Security Install Engineer looking for your next career move with a reputable and growing company, please submit your CV to be considered.
