We are currently looking for an experienced Sub Contract Fire Alarm Service Engineer to work across a portfolio of NHS sites in North London, carrying out fault finding on addressable and conventional fire alarms. This is a great opportunity for a reliable engineer who is comfortable working independently, managing their own diary, and maintaining high standards within live healthcare environments.

Duties will include:

  • Fault Finding on fire alarm systems
  • Routine servicing, testing, and inspections
  • Fault finding and minor remedial works where required
  • Accurate completion of service reports and compliance paperwork
  • Working across multiple NHS sites in line with site procedures
  • Ensuring all works are completed to current fire safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience servicing fire alarm systems
  • Knowledge of conventional and addressable systems
  • Relevant fire alarm qualifications / training
  • ECS / CSCS preferred
  • Own van, tools, and testing equipment
  • Strong communication skills and professional manner
  • Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
