The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join a flagship bodyshop in Lakeside. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a large, well-established workshop with a strong team of Panel, Paint, and MET specialists already in place. This role has been introduced as part of a new night shift operation, offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability within a high-performing environment.
The Role
As a Multiskilled Technician, you will:
- Carry out repairs across Panel, Paint, and MET disciplines
- Complete vehicle repairs to a high standard from start to finish
- Follow Thatcham repair methods and insurance-approved processes
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely
- Work as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be qualified or time-served across MET, Panel Beating, and Paint disciplines
- Have experience within a bodyshop environment
- Be confident working independently on full repairs
- Have knowledge of Thatcham methods (desirable)
- Hold a full UK/EU driving licence
