My client requires a Site Supervisor to join a project in Newcastle which will run until February 2027.
Paying £(Apply online only) a shift + Outside IR35 + Site Supervisor + Weekly payments.
The project will be starting in February 2026 and will require someone to oversee a team of engineers installing electrical and security systems into a large commercial building.
Essential: You will need to have previous experience on overseeing contractors.
Essential: Relevant site ticket – either a SSSTS or ECS ticket.
The Site Supervisor role will be responsible for the following areas:
- Day-to-day supervision of the subcontractors, ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract obligations.
- Ensure that paperwork and reports are completed and submitted in-line with site procedures.
