About the Role:
We are seeking a Multiskilled Technician with expertise in Panel, Paint, and MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) to join our Grantham workshop. You’ll work on a variety of vehicles, delivering high-quality repairs across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out panel repairs, paint refinishing, and MET work to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and trim issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Work efficiently and safely, meeting workshop targets and customer expectations.
- Support team members and collaborate effectively within the workshop.
Requirements:
- Proven experience across Panel, Paint, and MET work.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
