My client requires a Mechanical experienced Construction Manager for a long term role (2 + Years) in Uxbridge on the delivery of a large scale infrastructure project. The position will require you to assist the Project Manager managing the sub contractors deliver large scale Mechanical packages. This is a long term contract role and would suit someone who has extensive experience covering the following:
- Delivery of Mechanical packages of work
- Reporting into the Senior Project Manager
- Forming close links with the clients representatives and their teams at a senior level
- Attending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across the project & workforce
- Managing any changes that occur throughout the project
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of Mechanical (ideally Building Services background)
- Good computer skills, with a knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation
