Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Outliner to join a well-established and busy bodyshop based in Throckmorton. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation process by masking and outlining vehicles in readiness for painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mask vehicles to a high standard to protect all non-painted areas
- Use masking tape, plastic sheeting, and paper to accurately outline trims, windows, lights, and other components
- Work efficiently with preppers and paint technicians to maintain workflow
- Ensure all masking is completed precisely to prevent overspray and achieve clean paint lines
- Conduct quality checks before vehicles enter the spray booth
