Our client is an established global engineering company who are looking to bring on board a Senior BMS Engineer to join their team. This is a lead role, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for a team of engineers ensuring that there is smooth operation and maintenance of BMS systems. This is a role, where the person will be joining a growing team where they can eventually progress into a management position.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating planned reactive maintenance for BMS systems
- Leading a team of 3-4 Engineers
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring when required
- Conducting site audits, system health checks, and performance evaluations
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

- Proven experience with BMS systems
- Experience in a supervisor or team leadership role. They will also accept well experienced BMS engineers who are looking to move into a leadership role
- Experience with fault-finding
- Right to work in the UK
