Electrical Site Supervisor in Maidstone

Electrical Site Supervisors – Minor Works & Civil We are currently looking for two experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join our Minor Works and Civils team. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused, hands-on electrical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and has previous experience supervising electrical installation teams. You will play a key role in leading site teams, coordinating works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and right first time. The Role • Supervise electrical installation teams and subcontractors on site • Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to support project delivery • Plan and coordinate electrical works in line with project programmes • Carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet specifications and regulations • Promote a strong health & safety culture through toolbox talks and site controls • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges on site • Ensure electrical works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications • Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, contractors and other site teams • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on site activities Requirements • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Foreman • Strong electrical installation knowledge and experience • Previous experience supervising electrical teams and subcontractors • Good understanding of BS 7671 / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations • Electrical trade qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent • Strong health & safety awareness • SSSTS or SMSTS would be advantageous • CSCS or relevant site qualifications • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proactive approach to problem solving • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident leading teams on site. You will have strong electrical knowledge, previous supervisory experience and the ability to make decisions and resolve issues in a fast-moving project environment. The position will be based within the Maidstone team, with projects across various sites.
