About the Role
Our client, a leading business within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop sector, is looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join their busy workshop. This role suits a skilled bodyshop technician with a background in vehicle repair, accident damage, and automotive body restoration. You will be working on a range of vehicles carrying out high-quality crash repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition. With a consistent flow of work and an uncapped bonus structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a panel beater or panel technician to maximise earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles
- Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration
- Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels
- Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs
- Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages
- Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards
- Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity
About You
- Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Bodyshop Technician
- Strong background in accident repair, crash repair, and vehicle body repair
- Skilled in welding, jig work, and panel replacement
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment
- High attention to detail and quality
- ATA / NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable but not essential)
