The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warden Call Engineer to join a well-established and growing life safety systems company. Due to continued growth and increasing demand across London and the Home Counties, our client is looking to expand their engineering team with a skilled and motivated engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in warden call, nurse call, or associated life safety systems who is looking for long-term stability, career progression, and strong earning potential.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Warden Call Engineer, your duties will include:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of Warden Call and associated life safety systems
- Working across sheltered housing schemes, assisted living facilities, care homes, and residential developments
- Fault finding and diagnosing system issues
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance visits
- Completing system upgrades and small works projects
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with industry standards and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
Skills & Experience Required
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Experience working on Warden Call, Nurse Call, Telecare, or related life safety systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of electronic systems and low-voltage installations
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Experience working within social housing, healthcare, or assisted living environments desirable
Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)
- ECS / CSCS Card
- City & Guilds Electrical Qualification
- Manufacturer training on Tunstall, TeleAlarm, Aid Call, Jontek, or similar systems
- IPAF
- FIA or other relevant industry qualifications
