Salary: £44,760 per annum OTE (Basic £38,760 + £3,100 annual bonus OTE + overtime)

About the Role
Our client is a leading vehicle rental specialist operating across the UK, Ireland, and Spain. Their workshops maintain and repair their own extensive fleet of over 49,000 vans and 19,000 cars, providing great variety and hands-on experience with a wide range of vehicles. They are now seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team in Brent Cross. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and legally compliant for hire.
This site is set in a peaceful location away from the usual industrial hustle and bustle, offering a refreshing change of pace. Although there’s little within walking distance, Jeremy’s Service Station is just a 5–10 minute drive away and includes a Greggs for convenience. The workshop team is close-knit and supportive, having worked hard over the years to build a reputation as a go-to site for customers and colleagues seeking training and assistance.
About You
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, or
- Level 2 qualified with at least 3 years’ professional experience
- Confident working on a range of light commercial vehicles
- Committed to quality, safety, and high standards of workmanship

Training and Development
Our client provides in-house, IMI-accredited training to help you develop and expand your skills. Training opportunities include:
- Hybrid and electric vehicle repair

Level 2 technicians can also complete a training needs analysis to design a tailored upskilling plan to progress further.
