An established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor is seeking a Junior Estimator / Trainee Estimator (M&E) to support its growing pre-construction and commercial team on London-based projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently studying or recently qualified who is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience within the M&E construction sector, with clear progression into a long-term estimating or commercial role.
The Role
- Supporting tender submissions and pricing schedules
- Reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Completing basic material take-offs and labour allowances
- Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
- General estimating support and administrative duties
