We're looking for a Regional HSQE Officer to support engineers, supervisors and branch managers across the South of England.

This isn't a desk-based compliance role.

You'll be travelling to sites, carrying out audits, supporting operational teams, producing RAMS and COSHH assessments, investigating incidents and helping drive a strong safety culture across the business.

The role requires frequent travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays.

The Role

  • Carrying out site audits and inspections
  • Supporting supervisors and managers with HSQE compliance
  • Producing RAMS and COSHH Assessments
  • Reviewing subcontractor documentation
  • Conducting office and warehouse inspections
  • Investigating accidents and incidents
  • Producing toolbox talks and safety alerts
  • Supporting internal audits and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with operational teams to improve safety performance across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
  • Previous Health & Safety experience (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to produce RAMS and safety documentation
  • Experience carrying out audits or inspections
  • Knowledge of Fire & Security (beneficial)
  • IOSH membership or working towards it (desirable).
  • Driving Is Absolutely Essential
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Be comfortable travelling extensively
  • Stay away from home when required Plan your own journeys and manage your own workload.
