The Role We are looking for a proactive Security Systems Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for high-end security systems. The role involves coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, troubleshooting faults and supporting upgrades across CCTV, access control, intercom and network systems. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate reactive maintenance, planned works, system upgrades and software patching. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CCTV, access control, intercom and network devices. * Escalate critical security issues to the relevant stakeholders. * Support system upgrades, repairs, replacements and commissioning works. * Liaise with vendors, engineers and management teams to maintain high service standards. * Ensure all works are completed efficiently and in line with client requirements. Skills & Experience * Strong technical knowledge of high-end electronic security systems. * Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom and associated network devices. * Good IT and software troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines. * Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. * Manufacturer certifications would be beneficial. Preferred System Experience: * Genetec * Tyco CCURE * Commend * Enterprise-level security systems * Networking experience Working Hours & Benefits * Location: Site-based in London. * Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern. * Shifts: 7:00 am–3:00 pm, 9:00 am–5:00 pm or 1:00 pm–9:00 pm. * Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays. * Company-provided laptop, mobile phone and tools. * Workplace pension scheme. * Company credit card for approved incidental expenses
