About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Strip Fitter to join our client's busy and growing site in Chorley on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a skilled team working to high standards in a modern workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strip and refit exterior and interior vehicle components to manufacturer standards
  • Work closely with Paint and MET Technicians to ensure smooth workflow through the workshop
  • Identify and report any additional damage or parts requirements
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail

Experience & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Strip Fitter or MET Technician within an automotive bodyshop environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Glasswork experience (windscreen and window fitting/removal) would be highly beneficial, but not essential
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality
