Job Title: Panel Technician Location: Doncaster Salary: £50,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Late Shifts About the Role Our client is a well-established automotive business with a busy bodyshop in Doncaster, and they are currently looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join their growing team. This role will focus on repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork following accident damage, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition and repaired to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Technician looking for a competitive £50,000 salary, consistent late shifts and long-term career stability within a professional bodyshop environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles * Assess accident damage and determine the appropriate repair methods * Repair, replace and align damaged body panels * Carry out welding and structural repairs where required * Use specialist bodyshop tools and equipment safely and effectively * Ensure panels are correctly aligned and fitted * Work closely with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians throughout the repair process * Complete repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards * Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation * Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Requirements * Proven experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician * Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques * Experience repairing accident-damaged vehicles * Good understanding of vehicle structures and repair methods * Ability to work to high standards of quality and efficiency * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Relevant bodyshop qualifications are preferred * Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer * £50,000 per annum * Late shift working * Full-time, permanent position * Ongoing training and development * Modern bodyshop facilities and equipment * Stable, long-term opportunity * Career progression within an established automotive business
