Our client is a well-established engineering company based in the London area, currently looking to recruit a Junior Chiller Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is looking to progress into chiller engineering and receive structured, long-term training within a specialist field.
In this role, you will be working alongside experienced chiller engineers, supporting planned maintenance, basic fault finding, and learning installation and repair works on commercial chiller plant. The work will be located in and around the London area.
Full training and progression will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting senior engineers with service and maintenance of chiller systems
- Supporting fault finding and diagnostics on commercial HVAC plant
- Carrying out routine checks, inspections, and basic repairs
- Completing job reports and documentation accurately
- Learning safe working practices on large plant and live systems
- Working on customer sites including commercial buildings and plant rooms
- Background in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to learn
- No direct experience with Chillers is required but would be an advantage
- Salary between £25,000 – 35,000 (Dependant on Experience)
- Structured training to becoming a Chiller Engineer
