- Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

We're recruiting for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major baggage handling project at Heathrow Airport.
This is a long-term contract working alongside the design and planning teams, where you'll play a key role in identifying design changes, pricing variations and ensuring commercial risks are picked up early.
The Role
- Measure works from M&E design drawings.
- Review designs and identify any issues, omissions or changes.
- Produce accurate costings for design changes and variations.
- Raise and manage Early Warnings.
- Work closely with the Planner and Design Team to ensure programme changes are reflected commercially.
- Present costs and commercial information to the client.
- Support commercial reporting throughout the project.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong understanding of design-stage commercial management.
- Experience pricing variations and change control.
- Good knowledge of NEC contracts and Early Warnings.
- Able to read and interpret M&E design drawings.
- Previous experience on major infrastructure, airport or complex M&E projects would be advantageous.
- Ideally based within commuting distance of Heathrow.
