Gates and Auto door Engineer

Job Title: Gates and Auto Door Engineer\\nSalary: £45,000 per annum\\nLocation: London & South East Region\\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gates and Auto Door Engineer to join a growing team, covering London and the South East. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated gates and door systems.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Installation, servicing, and fault-finding on a range of automated gates, barriers, and automatic door systems (swing, sliding, telescopic, etc.)\\n\\n * Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance visits across commercial and residential sites\\n\\n * Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues efficiently\\n\\n * Ensuring all work complies with relevant health and safety standards and industry regulations\\n\\n * Maintaining detailed records of work completed and liaising with the office team to ensure smooth job progression\\n\\n * Providing excellent customer service on-site\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years preferred)\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of gate automation and automatic door systems\\n\\n * Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence\\n\\n * Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications desirable (e.g. 17th/18th Edition, NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)\\n\\n * IPAF, PASMA, or DHF qualifications are a plus\\n\\n * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team\\n\\nWhat We Offer\\n\\n * Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum\\n\\n * Company van, tools, uniform, and fuel card provided\\n\\n * Overtime opportunities and performance-based bonuses\\n\\n * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\\n\\n * Ongoing training and development\\n\\n * Supportive team environment and clear progression path
