An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join the Pre-Construction team based in London. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident taking ownership of estimating across a range of fire protection systems. This is more than a pricing role; it requires energy, accountability, and resilience, supporting the delivery of projects that protect lives through fire and height safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate a variety of fire protection systems from supplied CAD drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing and compiling tender submissions to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate workload effectively and manage individual deadlines in line with agreed programmes.
- Support the sales team to maximise efficiency and project success.
- Carry out site surveys when required.
